Advertiser versus organisation accounts

Advertiser accounts are for creating and managing campaigns. Organisation accounts give agencies and large teams centralised control across multiple advertisers

Last updated on 27 Mar, 2026

There are two account types: Advertiser and Organisation.

Advertiser accounts

Advertiser accounts are the most common account type. They're used to create and manage advertising campaigns. Multiple users can manage a single advertiser account, with three levels of access to control what each user can do.

Organisation accounts

Organisation accounts sit above advertiser accounts, giving you visibility and control across multiple advertisers in one place. They're ideal for:

  • Large organisations that want to keep advertiser accounts separate for easier management

  • Agencies managing campaigns across multiple clients

As an organisation user you can view all advertiser accounts under your organisation and set up a shared billing account. To learn more, read Set up organisation billing.
